The only infor­ma­tion that is col­lected from indi­vid­u­als via the web­site is gen­eral con­tact infor­ma­tion. Gen­eral con­tact infor­ma­tion includes name, email and phone num­ber. No other infor­ma­tion is asked for over the internet.

The sole pur­pose for col­lect­ing con­tact infor­ma­tion is to answer online enquiries and pro­vide fur­ther infor­ma­tion to an indi­vid­ual at their request.

The con­tact infor­ma­tion is used to sup­ply the indi­vid­ual with an answer or infor­ma­tion about their enquiry via their pre­ferred method of contact.
