The only infor­ma­tion that is collected from indi­vid­u­als via the website is general contact infor­ma­tion. General contact infor­ma­tion includes name, email, address and phone number. Information provided for referral reasons is used by our clinic for appoint­ments only.

The sole purpose for col­lect­ing contact infor­ma­tion is to answer online enquiries and provide further infor­ma­tion to an indi­vid­ual at their request.

The contact infor­ma­tion is used to supply the indi­vid­ual with an answer or infor­ma­tion about their enquiry via their preferred method of contact.

All infor­ma­tion that is collected via the website is kept for a short period of time and then deleted from our records. All infor­ma­tion is handled only by employees of WestCoast Vascular, at no time are external parties allowed access to our records. The only instance where infor­ma­tion would be kept is where the indi­vid­ual becomes a patient of the practice or a referring prac­ti­tion­er. This infor­ma­tion is then stored securely as per our clinical safety procedures.
