Consultation Address

Midland Clinics are held in Midland Surgical Services, Midland Railway Workshops, Block 1, 6 Centennial Place, Midland.

We are located across the road from St John of God Hospital within the Midland Railway Workshops.

Clinics are held fort­night­ly on a Tuesday afternoon with Dr Sieunarine.

Parking

Street parking is available on Woodmill Lane, or parking is located off Yelverton Drive. Clinic access is through Centennial Place.

What to bring

All you need to bring to an appoint­ment to see Dr Sieunarine is your medicare card. All con­sul­ta­tions are covered by the medicare rebate or DVA with a valid Medicare/ DVA gold card. However, you will need to make sure your referral from your GP or spe­cial­ist is valid or you will need to cover the cost of the consultation.
