Consultation address

The Nedlands con­sult­ing rooms are located in Suite 63, Hollywood Medical Centre, 85 Monash Avenue Nedlands. Drive into Gate 5 off Monash Avenue.

We are on Level 2. When exiting the lift turn left, we are down the end of the corridor in Suite 63.

Clinics are held fort­night­ly on a Friday with Dr Picazo, or fort­night­ly on a Tuesday and Thursday with Dr Sieunarine.

Parking

Parking at the Hollywood Medical Centre is pay parking. There is ACROD parking at the front of the building, or there is a multi-storey car park behind the Medical Centre. All parking is paid parking.

What to bring

All you need to bring to an appoint­ment to see Dr Sieunarine is your medicare card. All con­sul­ta­tions are covered by the medicare rebate or DVA with a valid Medicare/ DVA gold card. However, you will need to make sure your referral from your GP or spe­cial­ist is valid or you will need to cover the cost of the consultation.
