Armadale clinics are held at the Hillside Specialist Centre, Unit 8, 8 Rundle Street, Kelmscott. 

For all appoint­ments please contact the office on 9386 9855.

Clinics are held fort­night­ly on a Wednesday with Dr Picazo.

What to bring

All you need to bring to an appoint­ment to see Dr Sieunarine is your medicare card. All con­sul­ta­tions are covered by the medicare rebate or DVA with a valid Medicare/ DVA gold card. However, you will need to make sure your referral from your GP or spe­cial­ist is valid or you will need to cover the cost of the consultation.
